These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Escape Skincare’s Website.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Escape Skincare’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We employ the use of cookies. By using Escape Skincare's website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with Escape Skincare's privacy policy.

Most of the modern-day interactive web sites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. To the extent that the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

INFORMATION

  • All patients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment.
  • All clients will complete a Medical history form and all consent forms at their first appointment, this is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.
  • All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
  • Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permissions and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.
  • You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time, by unsubscribing.
  • Before & after pictures must be taken for all treatment. If you do not want your pictures on social media you must let us know.

NEW PATIENT – TELEPHONE CONSULTATION

We offer free of charge telephone consultations to help you get to know us and have a chat regarding your concerns, we acknowledge some circumstances when this service may be helpful; particularly for our patients who will be travelling long distance. All telephone consultations are 15mins long. if you require more time please let us know.  A practitioner will give you a call the clinic at the time agreed.

APPOINTMENTS

Please provide at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that we may make best use of our appointment diary. If the notice is not given you will lose your deposit paid or session of treatment and will need to pay the deposit again.
  • We will take a non-refundable deposit of (£50). This will come off your treatment on the day of attendance.
  • You are able to reschedule your appointment once without losing your deposit or treatment session.
  • If you decide not to go ahead with treatment after a deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable and can not be returned but can be used for any treatments you may have in the future.
  • If you do not attend a booked appointment, and fail to advise us in advance, a £50 non-refundable booking fee will be charged to make another appointment.
  • If you do not attend a booked appointment, and fail to advise us in advance- you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. This must be paid before rebooking your appointment.
  • Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure, please call and discuss. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores or local skin infections.
  • Routine review appointments are offered after treatment with Botulinum Toxin as a courtesy. If you are unable to attend the review appointment at 2-3 weeks, no additional treatment or ‘top up’ is provided once the review period of 2-3 weeks has passed.
  • New patients are seen for consultation and assessment; treatment can be provided on the first visit.
  • ALL discounts & promotions advertised exclude tear trough filler and botox treatment.
  • Only one discount can be used at a time.
  • A loyalty card discount can only be used once the last stamp has been done and card is completed.

CHILDREN

  • We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18 for any botox or fillers.
  • Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised.
  • Children will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment rooms.

PAYMENT

  • Patients will receive one free of charge consultation/and botox top up; subsequent consultations or top ups will be subject to a (£50) fee.
  • You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed, including that of any maintenance treatment, before any treatment is undertaken.
  • No free top ups are offered for filler treatment. You will be asked to pay per ml you are having regardless of maintenance treatments.
  • You may not see your full results from filler after one session and will need to build up your results with maintenance treatments at extra charges.
  • Payment is taken, in full at the time of treatment.
  • The clinic accepts Cash, Bank Transfer, Klarna and Paypal payment.
  • A discretionary deposit will be taken for some treatments and in some circumstances.

REFUNDS

Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service, which is inclusive of;

  • Consultation and assessment.
  • Provision of information and advice.
  • Safe treatment with evidence based products.
  • Follow up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate.
  • No refunds are given in any circumstances.
  • If you have booked a course of treatment but for whatever reason are unable to continue with the course - no refunds can be given.
  • We cannot transfer payment made to other clients or to any other treatments.

Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer any refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.  

Payment plan T&Cs

Direct debit payment will be taken on a set agreed day of every month, for 12 months.

Membership begins as soon as first payment has been taken.

Complimentary skincare products will be dispatched once the first payment has been taken.

Only one discount can be applied at a time- this applies to both treatments and products

New treatment releases are subject to discount approval- contact Escape directly.

Money on account/ gift cards cannot be used for membership payment

All offers and membership details are exclusive to you, these cannot be shared with anyone else.

Cancellation Policy

Once signed up to a membership plan, no cancellations or changes can be made. The contract must be adhered to for the entire 12 months.

Payment cannot be cancelled within this 12-month period. If payment has been cancelled, you will still be liable to pay the full amount of the plan.

FEEDBACK

Any feedback is much appreciated, both positive and negative. Feedback is used to review and improve quality of service. You may submit feedback verbally, via email, via the clinic website or via the Save Face website.

COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint, please inform us as soon as possible. An appointment will be made for you to be seen. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available on request.
