Escape Aesthetics is an award-winning, mother-and-daughter clinic in Bedfordshire, led by fully qualified aesthetic practitioners Shamem and Aniqah Jamal. With roots in healthcare going back more than 27 years, the clinic was founded in 2016 to offer safe, evidence-based, non-surgical treatments to clients from London, Harpenden, Luton, Dunstable, Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.

Who is Nurse Shamem?
Shamem Jamal is a Registered Nurse with over 26 years of clinical experience and an Independent Nurse Prescriber. She built her NHS career as a specialist in Diabetes in Luton, and in 2012 won Best Practice Nurse in Bedfordshire—recognition of her standards of care, patient education and outcomes.
Bringing that same clinical rigour to aesthetics, Shamem retrained as an Aesthetic Nurse and today performs all injectable treatments at Escape Aesthetics. Her approach is calm, precise and conservative—prioritising natural, balanced results and thorough aftercare.
